 ** 2 - Student residence

 

 Residence is granted to students who come to Turkey to study in Turkish universities, and are required to obtain tourist accommodation, in addition to a "proof of student", which is officially certified by the university registered.

 

 ** 3 - Residence work

 

 The residence permit is granted to foreigners who work in Turkish companies. The company obtains a work permit from the Ministry of Labor for the foreigner to be hired and then to apply for a residence permit.

 

 In addition, the company is required to employ five Turks for each foreign employee, and must obtain a tourist residency before applying to the Ministry of Labor.It takes about 40 days to obtain a work visa.

 

 In the case of the father or mother obtaining a residence permit, all members of the family (husband / wife / children) are entitled to a residence permit that is the same as the length of stay of the accompanying person.

 

 ** 4 - Establishment of humanitarian cases

 

 This type of residency is granted to refugees in Turkey, with the highest proportion being Syrians.

 

 ** 5 - Real estate residence "residence property".

 

 It is a renewed residence granted to foreigners who own property (immovable) in Turkey, granted for a full year, and the wife and children are entitled to a residence permit.
